I have no dates until May 2014 but if you're like to invite me before then for a special request appt. I require a $1000/5hr minimum date plus travel expenses. When visiting in May 2014 I'll have a 1hr date minimum.

Outcalls to Hammond & close Indiana surroundings require 2hr minimum plus 100.
